How do I join NESS? First, read the information contained in the NESS Members Booklet (PDS). Once you have done so, you should complete the NESS Membership Application Form which can be found at the back of the Member Booklet Publications and pass on to your employer. Your employer will send it to the NESS administrator, who will enrol you as a member. You will receive a letter welcoming you to the plan along with a copy of the plan's most recent Annual Report. You will also receive a membership card as well as a membership number. Don't lose your card - you will need to quote your number whenever you contact NESS. Then, every six months or so, you will receive a statement showing your benefit details. You will also receive an Annual Report highlighting NESS' activities for the previous year. It is important to tell us when your address changes so that you receive all the information issued by the plan. You can either enroll to use the MemberAccess facility and do it yourself or you can call the NESS Enquiries on Free Call 1800 022 067 to update your address. Home
