All complaints will be handled in a courteous and confidential manner and will be properly considered and dealt with within 90 days. There is no fee for lodgement or management of your complaint. Australian Financial Complaints Authority

If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free for members.
